Privacy Policy

No personal information is collected unknowingly from users of the JUSTICE project website, nor is it passed on to third parties or used for unintended purposes. Personal data – surname, first name, email address, affiliation (institute, laboratory, association, etc.), function/status (director, researcher, professor, student, elected representative, citizen, etc.) – may be collected by the project team in the context of requests for information by email, or for participation in events. These data are only accessible by the coordination team. Any information collected is not shared with other organisations for commercial purposes. No data is transferred outside the European Union.

In accordance with the legal and regulatory measures that are applicable, in particular the French law n°78-17 of January the 6th, 1978 modified, relating to data processing, files and freedoms, as well as the European regulation n°2016/679/EU of April the 27th, 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) applicable since May the 25th, 2018, the persons who have provided personal data have a total access right on these data. In particular, you have the following rights: consultation of your personal data, updating if inaccurate, portability or deletion of your data, request for limitation or deletion of your data, opposition on legitimate grounds to the processing of your data, withdrawal of your consent to the processing of your data. Cookies

The JUSTICE project site does not use any cookies, whether mandatory, functional, or “third party”, which may or may not require prior consent.
